Rooms: 20 standard rooms with two queens reserved. Accessible rooms and upgrades are available.

Deadlines

DUE AT BOOKING

Hotel:

• $199 Per Room Deposit Due at Time of Booking

• ​$55 Planning Fee (Non-refundable)

Tours:

• $36.36 deposit for transfer service (will be paid once 12 passengers are reached (will notify you 48 hours before), OR immediately after 12 passengers have booked). This is for all or either excursions.
  $15 and/or $25 planning fees

• $43.40 per person for trolley tour *not sure when this is due yet*

DUE AFTER MARCH 1

• $50 per person for outdoor dinner (will let you know when closer to date)

DUE AT FINAL PAYMENT (April 30, 2026)

• The rest of your tour payments, minus the deposit

What is a Booking Fee?​

To escort the group, I will need to charge a fee to make sure that I can still make a profit while still affording travel costs. While on the ship, I will be coordinating with group members and staff, creating fun things to do on board, and requesting people follow protocols while in the group environment.
