At Accessible Escapes, I specialize in organizing both private and public group trips for 10 or more people. Private groups are exclusive to your circle, while public groups are open to others and can be advertised on my platforms for a small fee. Examples include accessible family reunions, COVID-cautious getaways, or trips tailored for advocacy groups. Whether it's a weekend at the beach or a seminar with hotel room blocks, I ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned to meet your group's unique needs.

ALL group trips must have a dedicated group leader. A group leader is responsible for coming up with the trip ideas, working with me to make decisions, and serving as the on-site contact for other group members during the trip. They should be the ones to lead activities on-site and contact me if any issues should arise. They are usually the ones who sign up for the free consultation. Group leader fees range from $30-$80. See my fee schedule for more info. If you do not want the responsibility of coordinating on-site, I can go on the trip with you. However, this will cost significantly more to pay for my travel.

Unless the group leader decides to pay on one card and/or pay the deposit fee, I will only contact accommodations that can be reserved for free. Unfortunately, this means that a lot of boutique hotels or home rentals are out of the equation.

Here are some of the services I offer: I can create content for social media, including my Facebook and Reddit groups, monthly and then biweekly starting three months before the deposit deadline. I can also create a landing page on my website, flyers for any in-person events I go to, links on all blog articles, and info in my newsletter. The first $20 of paid advertising is free, if you choose to go that route. Afterwards, you will be charged all costs. Before I advertise, I will send a marketing plan to the group leader for approval.
