Pricing Fee Model
In order to make sure I am paid for my time, there will now be a flat $30 research fee due directly after our free consultation. This is non-refundable. See our fee plans below. For more information, please review our Service Fee Agreement Form.
$30 Research Fee
All itineraries will require a flat $30 research fee due after the free consultation and before any itinerary is built. Booking a cruise or with one of are preferred suppliers will have no additional fee, other than the research fee. See a list of over 100 preferred suppliers here. We also do not add additional fees for accommodations that provide a commission.
Custom Itineraries
Some custom itineraries with bookings not a part of our preferred supplier’s list will incur an additional fee. Customers will be notified of this nominal flat fee before booking. The final fee will depend on the complexity of the trip and is up to Accessible Escape LLC’s discretion.
Air
Booking airfare will incur a $25 per person fee for domestic and a $45 per person fee for international.
Groups 10+
Private groups of over ten people may require an additional, nominal flat fee. Group trips hosted by a travel agent may also require a fee in order to make up for travel costs.
