Nearest public beach: The nearest public beach is Town Line Beach. It is a 25-minute walk (1.1 miles) or a 4-minute drive. There isn't much parking. Because it is very secluded and out of the way, the reviews say it is pretty empty year-round. There are stairs to get to the beach, and there are no public bathrooms. It's just sand and water. You can see info about all of the beaches in the area here. Bikes are recommended.

What is a Planning Fee?
Since I will not be joining the group, the fee includes my typical $45 for non-commissionable hotels, plus a $10 research fee. Fees are to ensure that I make a profit and am paid for my time.

Cottages available, dates, and price:

The Martin House: July 18-24, $2100 total, must be rented out for the full week, 3 bedrooms

The Dove: Can be rented for any number of days during our trip (likely July 18-24), $235 a night weekdays, $265 a night weekends, $1645 full week, 1 bedroom

The Wren: Can be rented for any number of days during our trip (likely July 18-24), $215 a night weekdays, $240 a night weekends, $1505 full week, 1 bedroom

The Cardinal: July 17-23 (if our trip dates are July 18-24, you will need to come in a day early and leave a day early), $1890 total, 3 bedrooms
